Kernel crash via omitted DRM encoder cleanup

A use-after-free in Linux's Rockchip HDMI driver allows local users to crash kernels 4.9 through 6.1.29 and 6.2 through 6.3.3 during removal. The unbind path omits drm_encoder_cleanup before component memory is freed, leaving the embedded encoder referenced until later DRM-device destruction. Reaching the flaw requires CAP_SYS_MODULE permission and an affected Rockchip HDMI configuration; triggering it crashes the running kernel.
