System crash via unchecked SPMI remove callback

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel SPMI core allows local users to crash the system during driver removal. The spmi_drv_remove function unconditionally calls a driver's remove callback even when that function pointer is NULL. Triggering the panic requires permission to unload an affected SPMI driver that omits the callback, and the reported consequence is a system crash.
