Service interruption via unvalidated vDPA queue index

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel's vDPA netlink interface allows local users to interrupt service with crafted netlink messages. The vdpa_nl_policy table omits the nla_policy entry for the queue-index attribute, so parsing can leave an invalid nlattr pointer in info->attrs. The vDPA subsystem must be in use, and the triggering request typically requires CAP_NET_ADMIN or root privileges; the resulting kernel read can crash the system.
