Kernel crash via uninitialized RDMA task spinlock

Denial of service in the Linux kernel RDMA/rxe driver allows local users to crash the kernel through failed queue-pair creation. rxe_create_qp can enter its error unwind before rxe_init_task initializes a task spinlock, yet cleanup reaches rxe_cleanup_task and accesses that uninitialized lock. Access to the software RoCE device and a queue-pair creation failure are required; the documented consequence is a kernel oops and service interruption.
