Local kernel crash via recursive feature notifications

Stack overflow in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system by disabling LRO on deeply nested team or bond interfaces. NETDEV_FEAT_CHANGE notifications unexpectedly return to upper interfaces, causing netdev_sync_lower_features() to recurse through propagating feature updates instead of iterating once. Triggering the flaw requires local network-administration capability to construct a large nested team or bonding topology and clear LRO on its master.
