Stack-based buffer overflow in Honeywell Technologies Experion Server allows remote attackers to execute code or crash the service via malformed messages. The server processes specified key values from a malformed message without enforcing stack-buffer bounds; Honeywell has not disclosed the affected parser or message format. No authentication or user interaction is required, but successful exploitation has high complexity and can yield arbitrary code execution or a service crash.
