CVE-2023-53951Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Administrative access via replayed demo JWT

Published Dec 19, 2025 · Updated Dec 19, 2025

JWT authentication in Ever Gauzy 0.281.9 allows remote attackers to obtain administrative access by replaying a public demo token. The published proof of concept sends an exposed HS256 bearer token with a SUPER_ADMIN role to the authenticated API; it does not demonstrate recovery or guessing of the HMAC secret. Ever Co. states that the report applies only to its intentionally public demo environment and that production deployments require unique signing secrets.
