Unauthenticated command execution via autodiscovery parameter

OS command injection in Lilac-Reloaded 2.0.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via autodiscovery. The autodiscovery endpoint accepts the nmap_binary POST parameter without filtering and incorporates it into a shell command executed by the server. No authentication or user interaction is required, so a network-reachable endpoint permits commands under the web-server account.
