CSV injection in phpMyFAQ 3.1.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands when an administrator opens an exported user CSV file. The profile update accepts formula-prefixed names, and user export writes those values into CSV cells without neutralizing spreadsheet formula syntax. Exploitation requires an account, administrator export, and spreadsheet opening; execution occurs on the administrator's workstation.
