Authenticated stored XSS via unsanitized page content

Stored XSS in the WYSIWYG editor in WBCE CMS 1.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in viewers' browsers. The save.php endpoint stores the content parameter as page content without neutralizing script tags before the content is rendered. An account with page-editing access must submit the payload, and another user must view the affected page, exposing that browser session to attacker-controlled script execution.
