Spreadsheet formula execution via unneutralized profile names

CSV injection in ProjectSend r1605 allows remote authenticated users to execute spreadsheet formulas through exported action logs. The user account name is stored without neutralizing leading formula characters and is written unchanged into the CSV generated by actions-log.php. Exploitation requires a user account and an administrator to export and open the action-log CSV in a formula-capable spreadsheet, bounding impact to the administrator's workstation.
