Stored cross-site scripting in Rukovoditel 3.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in victim browsers. The configuration save handler stores the CFG[APP_COPYRIGHT_NAME] value and later renders its HTML event attributes without neutralization. Administrative access to application configuration is required, and execution occurs when a victim loads a page containing the copyright text.
