Unrestricted PHP file upload in BlackCat CMS 1.4 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to execute system commands. The jQuery plugin manager extracts an uploaded ZIP containing a PHP file into a web-accessible plugins directory without rejecting executable content. Administrator access is required; requesting the uploaded PHP file runs attacker-supplied commands with the web server's privileges.
