Stored script execution via unsanitized SVG uploads

Stored cross-site scripting in Perch 3.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through uploaded SVG files. The settings upload accepts SVG markup containing script elements and stores it under the web-accessible perch/resources path without neutralizing active content. Execution occurs when a user opens the stored SVG, allowing access to that user's browser session data and same-origin actions.
