Authenticated post duplication via missing capability check
Published Nov 22, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Missing authorization in Funnelforms Free 3.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to duplicate arbitrary WordPress posts. The fnsf_copy_posts function performs arbitrary post-copy operations without checking whether the caller has the required capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and the documented consequence is limited to creating duplicate posts.
