Service interruption via unchecked Alauda USB transfer

Uninitialized-data use in the Linux kernel Alauda USB-storage subdriver allows local users to interrupt service through a failed transfer. The alauda_check_media() function consumes its receive buffer without first confirming that the USB control transfer succeeded, leaving failed transfers to supply uninitialized data. Reachability requires local access to an Alauda-compatible USB device and control over a transfer failure; the documented impact is limited to availability.
