System restart via SubVP command array overrun

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux kernel AMD display driver allows local users to restart the system through display modesetting. In dcn32_commit_subvp_config(), pipe splitting drives cmd_pipe_index past the two-entry SubVP command array because both vblank pipes are populated instead of only the top pipe. Access to DRM modeset ioctls on /dev/dri/card0, DRM master, an AMD display path, and a high-resolution multi-display topology are required; the fixed-offset kernel write triggers a page fault and system restart.
