X server crash via stale pointer-window reference

Use-after-free in xorg-x11-server on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8, and 9 allows local users to crash the X server. In Zaphod mode, pointer warping can leave enter/leave handling with a reference to a destroyed pointer window, which a later window destruction dereferences. Exploitation requires multiple protocol screens, an XWarpPointer call, and no intervening pointer entry into a client window on the destination screen.
