Input-service hang via truncated HID timestamps

Integer overflow in the Linux Wacom HID driver allows physically proximate attackers to hang userspace input through Bluetooth pen reports. The driver stores ktime_get() nanoseconds in int-sized time_delayed fields, truncating the values and producing incorrect event timestamps. An affected Bluetooth Wacom tablet must be attached, and ordinary pen processing can corrupt event timing until userspace input appears hung.
