Kernel crash via missing AMD IOMMU domain check

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux 5.16 through 6.2.2 allows attackers to crash the kernel through an AMD IOMMU page fault. The report_iommu_fault path assumes iommu_get_domain_for_dev returned a configured domain and dereferences the absent object without a NULL check. The fault requires an AMD IOMMU device group lacking a configured domain when a page fault occurs, and the documented consequence is a kernel Oops and service interruption.
