Boot crash via unchecked DA9063 regulator data

A null-pointer dereference in Linux 6.4 through 6.4.6 allows attackers to crash the kernel during boot with a partial DA9063 device tree. da9063_check_xvp_constraints calculates constraint pointers from a null init_data value and dereferences them while probing regulators without corresponding device-tree nodes. Triggering the crash requires a DA9063 system whose boot device tree omits nodes for some regulators, limiting the consequence to boot-time service interruption.
