Kernel panic via undersized socket-buffer headroom

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux kernel mt76 driver allows remote attackers to trigger a kernel panic via same-segment bridged Ethernet frames. mt7921_usb_sdio_tx_prepare_skb() prepends TX and SDIO headers without first ensuring that the socket buffer has adequate headroom. Reachability requires an MT7921 USB or SDIO interface bridged behind a receiving network device that supplies too little headroom; the write corrupts kernel memory and crashes the host.
