Memory corruption via misbounded configuration allocation

Out-of-bounds write in Linux kernel regmap-irq allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during affected device-driver probe. regmap_add_irq_chip_fwnode allocates row pointers for num_config_bases but initializes them num_config_regs times, writing beyond the pointer array when registers outnumber bases. The path runs as affected hardware drivers bind during initialization, and the documented consequence is kernel memory corruption followed by a crash.
