Local system hang via interrupt-unsafe UFS lock

Deadlock in the Linux kernel UFS MCQ subsystem in 6.3 through 6.3.2 allows local users to hang the system through UFS error handling. The ufshcd_mcq_poll_cqe_lock() function takes hwq->cq_lock with interrupts enabled, allowing a CQ interrupt entered during ufshcd_err_handler() to wait on the lock already held by the interrupted context. The path requires low-privileged local access and an active UFS MCQ controller; the bounded consequence is loss of system availability.
