Local GPU register corruption via out-of-bounds indexing

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel amdgpu display core allows local users to corrupt GPU registers via DRM connector probes. The define_ddc_registers path uses DC_GPIO_DDCVGA_A as index 6 into six-entry ddc_shift and ddc_mask arrays, then uses the out-of-bounds values in register writes. A local user with DRM node access can trigger it only on affected DCN2, DCN3, or DCN3.2 hardware whose VBIOS selects that pad, disrupting display detection and causing a kernel panic when panic_on_warn is enabled.
