Kernel-memory disclosure via unchecked decoder plane count

An out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel MediaTek video decoder allows local users to disclose kernel memory through a crafted ioctl. vb2ops_vdec_queue_setup() loops to the caller-controlled nplanes value, up to eight, while indexing q_data->sizeimage, which has only three elements. Access requires permission to open a MediaTek decoder /dev/videoN node; the read can expose a kernel pointer, and bounds trapping can panic the kernel.
