Authentication bypass via IP-bound session identifier reuse
Published Dec 10, 2025 · Updated Dec 10, 2025
Session fixation in Screen SFT DAB 1.9.3 allows remote attackers to bypass authentication and delete user accounts. The management API accepts an intercepted, IP address-bound session identifier as authorization for a user-removal request. Exploitation requires access to an established session identifier and a matching source IP path; successful requests remove accounts without authorization.
