Kernel memory corruption via oversized QMI string

Out-of-bounds write in the Qualcomm QMI decoder in Linux allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via a maximum-length TLV string. The decoder accepts a string whose length includes the extra terminator slot, then appends a null character beyond the destination buffer. Low-privileged local access and a reachable Qualcomm QMI decoding path are required; the record establishes neither code execution nor privilege escalation.
