Administrator-level OS command execution via crafted query parameter
Published Jan 30, 2024 · Updated Aug 23, 2024
OS command injection in Zyxel NAS326 and NAS542 firmware allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands through the web interface. The web management interface processes a crafted URL query parameter without adequately neutralizing command elements; Zyxel has not named the affected handler. Administrator privileges are required, and Zyxel has not disclosed which OS commands are executable.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
