Service interruption via cloned socket-buffer leak

Resource leak in Linux allows local users to exhaust kernel memory by triggering a failed zerocopy socket-buffer orphaning operation. __skb_tstamp_tx() returns without freeing its newly cloned skb when skb_orphan_frags_rx() fails, retaining kernel memory after each failed call. Reachability requires local low-privilege execution and the affected TX timestamping path; repeated triggers can interrupt service through memory exhaustion.
