Boot failure via premature memblock array resizing

Denial of service in affected RISC-V Linux kernels causes a boot-time page fault when numerous memory regions are reserved. Before the linear mapping is ready, memblock_double_array reallocates the reserved-regions array and copies data from the kernel image mapping into the new linear-mapped array, dereferencing an unavailable address. The failure occurs during early boot before userspace starts, interrupting system startup; published records identify no post-boot trigger or attacker-controlled input.
