Host crash via uninitialized fbdev suspension

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.1 through 6.1.17 and 6.2 through 6.2.4 allows local users to crash displayless systems during suspend. The i915 suspend path calls intel_fbdev_set_suspend when fbdev was never initialized, causing mutex_lock to dereference an invalid pointer. Reachability requires the i915 driver, an uninitialized display path, and the ability to initiate system suspend; the bounded consequence is a kernel oops and host interruption.
