Local privilege escalation via property buffer offset error

Out-of-bounds writes in X.Org Server on affected Red Hat Enterprise Linux releases allow local users to escalate privileges or crash X. XIChangeDeviceProperty and RRChangeOutputProperty miscalculate the destination offset when prepending property data, causing a heap copy to write beyond its allocation. Exploitation requires low-privilege local access to submit crafted X11 property requests; successful abuse can execute with the X server's privileges or interrupt the display service.
