Traffic redirection via omitted nd_target flow mask

OpenFlow matching in Open vSwitch allows local users to redirect ICMPv6 traffic with crafted Neighbor Discovery packets. The classifier omits final-stage nd_target mask bits when creating a datapath flow, so later packets with different target addresses can reuse an overly broad flow. A VM guest must encounter qualifying anti-spoofing rules without an ICMPv6 code match and control packet order; successful triggering redirects traffic.
