Kernel panic via unchecked CGX and LMAC IDs

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during RVU driver initialization on affected hardware. The octeontx2-af RVU setup code treats noncontiguous CN10K CGX and LMAC identifiers as contiguous and passes unchecked IDs to cgx_lmac_read. Reachability requires affected OcteonTX2 or CN10K hardware with noncontiguous blocks; the resulting panic halts the host without reported data disclosure or modification.
