Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel 6.1 through 6.4.11 allows local users to read kernel memory via crafted vDPA netlink messages. The vdpa_nl_policy table omits a length and type policy for the vDPA features attribute, so parsing can leave an illegal nlattr pointer for vdpa_nl_ops handlers. Low-privilege local access is required; the published consequence is kernel-memory disclosure, without reported integrity or availability impact.
