Service interruption via retired gfx11 interrupt teardown

Availability failure in the AMDGPU driver in Linux 6.3 through 6.3.2 allows local users to interrupt service during GPU recovery. The gfx_v11_0_hw_fini teardown path calls amdgpu_irq_put for the retired gfx11 cp_ecc_error interrupt, attempting to disable an IRQ that is not valid for that hardware generation and producing a kernel call trace. Reachability requires low-privilege local access, a gfx11 AMD GPU, and entry into the suspend or pre-reset recovery path; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
