System panic via unlocked SAS device-list traversal

A race condition in the Linux kernel before 6.3.4 allows local users with access to a HiSilicon SAS disk to panic the system. The hisi_sas driver traverses sas_dev.list in dereg_device_v3_hw() and hisi_sas_release_tasks() without holding sas_dev.lock while slot completion can delete entries. Concurrent SCSI I/O and error recovery can dereference a removed list member, causing a fatal kernel exception and system-wide service interruption.
