Local service interruption via KSM teardown race

Race condition in Linux kernel KSM 6.1 through 6.2.8 and 6.3-rc1 through 6.3-rc3 allows local users to interrupt service. KSM takes mmap_lock for reading and iterates a maple tree after exit_mmap() can destroy that tree, without rechecking ksm_test_exit().
