Service interruption via irqchip reference leak

Resource leakage in Linux kernel 5.9, 5.11 through 5.15.98, 5.16 through 6.1.15, and 6.2 through 6.2.2 allows local users to interrupt service. platform_irqchip_probe calls of_irq_find_parent, receives a device-tree node with an incremented reference count, and omits the matching of_node_put. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a platform configuration that reaches the affected interrupt-controller probe path; the bounded impact is service interruption.
