Kernel crash via misordered MACsec teardown

NULL pointer dereferences in Linux kernel 6.1 through 6.1.28, 6.2 through 6.2.15, and 6.3 through 6.3.2 allow local users to crash the kernel. During otx2_remove(), MACsec stop and security-association deletion callbacks access driver state after the OcteonTX2 PF MCS teardown has invalidated it. The host must use the OcteonTX2 PF MCS driver, have a MACsec interface configured, and enter reboot; the resulting crash interrupts service without reported data exposure or modification.
