Persistent file-access deadlock via leaked folio lock

Denial of service in the Linux kernel CIFS client allows local users to deadlock file access when FS-Cache serves a cached read. The cifs_readpage_worker path accepts a successful cifs_readpage_from_fscache return without releasing the folio lock, so later mmap reads wait indefinitely. Exploitation requires a CIFS mount using the non-default FS-Cache option and a cache hit; the resulting deadlock persists until reboot.
