SCSI I/O disruption via concurrent LUN resets

Race condition in affected Linux kernel releases from 4.11 allows remote authenticated users to disrupt SCSI target I/O via LUN resets. One reset moves commands from both sessions to a private drain_task_list after removing itself from the shared task-management list, so a concurrent reset sees neither work nor the first reset and reports success prematurely. Exploitation requires active I/O across two target sessions and concurrent reset requests; stale backend completions then cause aborted-task responses, invalid ITT errors, or lookup of a reallocated task.
