Kernel resource exhaustion via leaked IRQ domains

Resource leak in affected Linux kernel versions before 6.5 allows local users to exhaust resources by detaching the mvebu GPIO driver. The mvebu GPIO probe creates a linear IRQ domain but registers no detach-time action to call irq_domain_remove, so each detach retains the domain. Exploitation requires local permission to detach this hardware-specific driver; repeated cycles deplete kernel resources and interrupt availability without exposing or modifying data.
