Kernel memory corruption via premature cpumap kthread stop

Memory corruption in Linux kernel 4.15 through 6.4.9 allows local users to read or corrupt kernel memory through BPF cpumap updates. cpu_map_kthread_stop() can stop a per-CPU kthread before it drains queued XDP frames or skbs, causing cleanup to reinterpret pending ring entries and operate on uncontrolled pointers. Triggering requires local BPF and network-administration capabilities, repeated map updates, and queued XDP traffic; the result can include kernel-memory disclosure, corruption, an oops, or a panic.
