Memory disclosure or crash via offset WEP copy

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel 6.2 through 6.4.6 allows local users to read kernel memory or crash the system during WEP key setup. The iwl_mvm_sec_key_add function checks a WEP key length against the entire destination array without subtracting IWL_SEC_WEP_KEY_OFFSET, permitting the later offset copy to cross the array boundary. Reachability requires the iwlwifi MVM driver and local low-privileged access; reported impact is limited to memory disclosure or a system crash.
