Kernel panic via unsynchronized disabled register cache

Denial of service in the Linux kernel rs9 clock driver allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during system resume. The resume path calls regcache_sync() after REGCACHE_NONE has left map->cache_ops unset, causing a null callback dereference instead of restoring register state. Reachability requires an affected rs9 clock device and a suspend/resume cycle; the bounded consequence is a host crash and service interruption.
