Local kernel crash via NULL encoder dereference

A NULL-pointer dereference in Linux kernel i915 allows local users to crash affected kernels during an atomic display update. When intel_get_crtc_new_encoder() cannot find the CRTC connector in the atomic state, its warning path obtains the device through the NULL encoder instead of the valid state object. The path requires local low-privileged access and an i915 display configuration lacking that connector; the bounded result is a kernel oops and service interruption.
