Wi-Fi interruption via NULL probe identifier dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel 6.2 through 6.3.3 allows local users to interrupt Wi-Fi service during device resume. The brcmf_pcie_probe function dereferences a NULL device identifier when D3 resume reprobes PCI hardware; manual sysfs binding can also pass NULL to PCI, USB, or SDIO probe paths. Reachability requires affected brcmfmac hardware and either D3 resume or manual driver binding, and the resulting kernel oops stops Wi-Fi.
