Local service interruption in Hyper-V HID handling

Bounds-checking issue in Linux 6.2 through 6.4.4 allows local users to interrupt service via Hyper-V synthetic HID messages. The mousevsc_on_receive path copies a protocol response using a host-supplied size, although an existing upper-bound check rejects oversized messages and the patch only rewrites that check for GCC. Exposure requires a Linux guest using the Hyper-V synthetic HID path; the public record does not demonstrate a runtime bypass of the existing check.
